Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
At Gigi Refine, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are processed. By making a purchase at our store, you agree to the terms set out below.
SECTION 1 - CHANGE OF MIND
We accept change-of-mind returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in their original condition.
- All original packaging is intact.
- The product is not a personalized or custom gift box.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all change-of-mind returns.
SECTION 2 - DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Our gift boxes may contain fragile items such as glassware, candles, chocolates, or delicate products. We take great care in packaging; however, if your order arrives damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide the following:
- Clear photos of the damaged item.
- Photos of the internal and external packaging.
- A clear photo of the shipping label.
Once reviewed, we will offer one of the following: a replacement item, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.
SECTION 3 - INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost to you.
SECTION 4 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Personalized or custom gift boxes.
- Opened consumable products (e.g., food, skincare, tea).
- Items not in their original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
SECTION 5 - REFUND PROCESS
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- For AfterPay orders, refunds will be processed through AfterPay and installments will be adjusted accordingly by their system.
SECTION 6 - RETURN SHIPPING
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is deemed faulty or incorrect.
- We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for return parcels that are lost in transit.
SECTION 7 - CONTACT INFORMATION
All returns and enquiries must be made via Email or WhatsApp only. We do not accept phone calls.
