Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - AGREEMENT
By placing an order with Gigi Refine Gift Shop, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below. These terms form part of the sales contract between the customer and Gigi Refine Gift Shop.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Gigi Refine Gift Shop currently ships within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.

SECTION 3 - ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, promotions, or high demand, processing times may be longer.

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (available for in-stock items only).
  • Remote or regional areas may require additional time.

Delivery times are estimates only and subject to courier conditions.

SECTION 5 - EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express shipping is offered subject to product availability. If an item is not immediately available for express dispatch, Gigi Refine Gift Shop will contact you with options to proceed with standard shipping, wait for restock, or cancel the order.

SECTION 6 - PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • Items listed as pre-order will display an estimated shipping timeframe on the product page.
  • Pre-order gift boxes are generally dispatched within 2–4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available unless separate shipping is requested (additional fee may apply).

SECTION 7 - FRAGILE GOODS POLICY
Our gift boxes may contain fragile items such as glassware, candles, chocolates, or delicate products.

  • All orders are packed carefully using protective materials.
  • Customers must handle parcels with care upon delivery.

SECTION 8 - DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, you must:

  • Notify Gigi Refine Gift Shop within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged items, the packaging, and the shipping label.

We will assess and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

SECTION 9 - SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete address.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned, re-shipping fees will apply.

SECTION 10 - TRACKING

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order is dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery progress.

SECTION 11 - LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

  • Gigi Refine Gift Shop is not responsible for courier delays outside our control.
  • We will assist customers to lodge an investigation with the carrier for lost parcels.

SECTION 12 - RETURNS
Returns are accepted in line with our Returns Policy.

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.

SECTION 13 - LIABILITY
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the parcel is handed to the courier.
